Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving a reason within fourteen days. The deadline for cancellation is fourteen days from the date the contract is signed.

You can exercise your right of cancellation by informing us,

by an explicit declaration (e.g. in the form of a letter sent by mail, a telefax or an email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the sample cancellation form attached for this purpose, which, however, is not mandatory.

If you send the notice of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period lapses, this will suffice for adherence to the deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall return to you all the payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except the additional costs resulting because you selected a different form of delivery than the most reasonably priced standard delivery we offered) immediately and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we received the notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will we charge you fees for such repayment.

If you requested the services to begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an appropriate sum corresponding to the share of the services already rendered by such time as when you notify us of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total amount of the services provided for in this contract.

Important information:

Your right of cancellation lapses prematurely if the contract has been fully performed by both parties on your express request before you have exercised your right of cancellation.

The right of cancellation does not exist in the case of long-distance contracts regarding the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications, unmistakably tailored to individual needs, not suited for return delivery due to their properties or that might spoil quickly or the expiry date of which would be exceeded.
